Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing market research on the up-coming fashion trend;
  • Assemble and execute plans for seasonal brand assortment and OTB in order to meet the company’s business objective;
  • Products sourcing & sell-thru analysis;
  • Liaise with suppliers on order placing efficiency and ensure appropriate levels of stock of designated product categories are maintained;
  • Allocate merchandises and coordinate with shops and warehouse to smooth the stock replenishment issue;
  • Work closely with operations, visual merchandising team and other counterparts to maximize sales performance of responsible category;
  • Cultivate and maintain partnership relationship with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant buying experience of Footwear, Apparel;
  • Solid experience in branded merchandise buying, store replenishment, merchandise consolidation and product management is a must;
  • Strong business sense with excellent negotiation, interpersonal, numerical and analytical skills;
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting;
  • Less experience will considered as Assistant Buyer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range support on day-to-day operations including policies & procedures implementation, and other ad hoc initiatives to maximize operation efficiency to all retail shops
  • Assist to execute business or training strategies in retail operations and improve the operational procedures
  • Execute and evaluate current operation workflow and practice constantly
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth retail operations
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required by direct supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Training/Retail Management or equivalent
  • Self-motivate, customer oriented, positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Good in planning, organizing, leadership, training and coaching
  • Good communication skills
  • Good spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in using MS Office & Chinese word processing is a MUST
  • Retail chain or Sales experience is preferable
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Training & Development Officer
  • Immediate available is preferred
