Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing market research on the up-coming fashion trend;
  • Assemble and execute plans for seasonal brand assortment and OTB in order to meet the company’s business objective;
  • Products sourcing & sell-thru analysis;
  • Liaise with suppliers on order placing efficiency and ensure appropriate levels of stock of designated product categories are maintained;
  • Allocate merchandises and coordinate with shops and warehouse to smooth the stock replenishment issue;
  • Work closely with operations, visual merchandising team and other counterparts to maximize sales performance of responsible category;
  • Cultivate and maintain partnership relationship with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant buying experience of Footwear, Apparel;
  • Solid experience in branded merchandise buying, store replenishment, merchandise consolidation and product management is a must;
  • Strong business sense with excellent negotiation, interpersonal, numerical and analytical skills;
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting;
  • Less experience will considered as Assistant Buyer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range support on day-to-day operations including policies & procedures implementation, and other ad hoc initiatives to maximize operation efficiency to all retail shops
  • Assist to execute business or training strategies in retail operations and improve the operational procedures
  • Execute and evaluate current operation workflow and practice constantly
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth retail operations

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Training/Retail Management or equivalent

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end store projects (new stores, renovations, upgrades, reinstatement), coordinating with external vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal teams
  • Oversee and schedule day-to-day maintenance and ad-hoc repair works for existing stores
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines
  • Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable contractual terms
  • Outdoor work will be required, i.e. site measuring and checking work. Daily paperwork such as working schedule and job report etc.
  • Monitor site progress, evaluate project performance upon store opening, to review and optimize timelines, quality and spendings

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Design, Project or Construction Management, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ project management experience in overseeing store fit-out for openings, renovation & maintenance projects
  • With Interior Design knowledge and retail store experience is an advantage
  • Good knowledge in design software, for example, Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and MS Office
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and enable to solve on-site problems
  • Self-motivated, independent and mature, responsible and can work under pressure
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Good communication and site management skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Less experience will be considered as Site Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and support sales targets
    • Conduct insightful data and campaign analysis reports to build intelligence and recommendations for entire branding campaigns
    • Coordinating in-store promotions, POP displays, and events
    • Managing marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor/agency relationships
    • Assist in the launch of new products and enhancement of existing products
    • Prepare monthly marketing reports, analyze product performance and conduct market research on market insight for management review
    • Maintain daily operations for social media channels on content creation, scheduling, ad planning, monitoring and reporting in Chinese & English

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder in in Marketing, Multi-media or business studies related disciplines
    • At least 4 years or above related working experience
    • A well-established network with media and artistes/artist management companies; a proven track record of excellent media relations experience would be an advantage
    • Excellent command in written & spoken Chinese and English
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant and outgoing personality
    • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
    • Be proactive, self-motivated and well-organized
    • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
    • Less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer
